“ I don't go out in Blackburn very often, there is no real need with you live in Manchester, and I have a couple of friends there so I have gone out for a few meals and a few nights out. Last time I went through it was for a birthday and we ate at the New Welcome Restaurant, this is a Chinese and a take away also. I'm really keen on Chinese food so I picked the restaurant. It's not an overly big building but it seats enough people and always seems busy. They offer some decent dishes and ever give you 5% off your meal if you spend over £30, which most people will if you are in a group. The food was great and the staffs was nice, I found it a little expensive but I guess they don't have the same competition as Manchester so they can charge that little extra ”
